About Grand Power K100

The K100 is a semi-automatic gun manufactured by Grand Power s.r.o in Slovakia. A weapon constructor Jaroslav Kuracina developed a design of the pistol between years (1994-1996). The name of the gun refers to the initial of the designer and his actual weight of 100 kg. As the production was insufficient at the beginning, production of the K-100 was running by a different CNC Engineering company for first years.

Production of the K100 by the Grand Power started only in 2003. The K100 uses a rare locking system that employs a rotating barrel for a high accuracy. The gun’s finish was treated by the Tenifer QPQ technology to make it more corrosion resistant. Current K100 model is a polymer-framed pistol that offers ambidextrous controls, a new take down lever and 4 interchangeable back-straps to accommodate various palm sizes and shapes.
